As a clinical hypnotherapist, I use this tool with my clients in between sessions. It’s also great to use even if your not seeing a therapist to help you navigate the road after grief, it can also be used to support the whole family and in particular give you some ideas to help talk about grief to children.  You will need an iPad and an app such as good notes or notability to be able to use this digital journal. 

This digital journal is meant to be your safe and private space to express your thoughts and feelings about your loss. Inside, you will find prompts and exercises specifically designed to assist you in processing your emotions, reflecting on your memories, and gaining perspective on your situation. My intention is for this journal to bring you comfort, facilitate healing, and guide you through the rollercoaster of emotions that come with grief.

I encourage you to use this journal regularly and to be completely honest and open with your thoughts and feelings. Take your time and work through your emotions at your own pace. Remember, grief is a natural and normal process that takes time to heal. It's okay to not be okay, but keep in mind that moving forward is an important part of the healing journey. Please know that there is no time limit for grief and healing, and this journal will be here for you whenever you need it.
